Our cocktail menu includes timeless aperitivo spritzers and classics such as the Bellini, Negroni, Martini, and Sours.
A standout is the ‘Unici’ collection—our signature take on the classics. Personally, we love the Cacao Nib Negroni and the Classic Margarita.
We’ve also paid special attention to our non-alcoholic offerings, with a selection of cocktails and vermouths for those looking for something refreshing without the alcohol.
All our cocktails are made with fresh fruits that are delivered to us daily by local suppliers.
SANDOS
At Aperitif, our Sandos are more than just sandwiches—they’re a celebration of quality ingredients and artisan craftsmanship. We start with our signature bread, made from 72-hour proofed pizza dough, baked fresh on-site. This bread is completely unique to Aperitif and is the ideal foundation for a selection of delicious ingredients.
OUR FOOD
We prepare all our food on-site, daily (except for our olives, they come from Spain).
You can expect simple snacks executed to a high degree, such as our bruchetta, gilda tapa, charcuterie boards & beef tagliata – to name a few. Across the board, we take pride in sourcing quality produce from artisans within the Western Cape, as well as renowned producers in Europe.
For those with dietary preferences, we offer vegetarian and vegan options.
